- My-Remote;
- LG TV Remote;
- Heart Watch; and
- Thump Trainer.
These applications are collectively referred to in this Privacy Policy as the "Apps" and individually as an "App". By downloading, accessing, or using an App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide to Us
Account Information: If an App allows you to create an account, we may collect information such as your name, email address, and other contact information that you choose to provide.
Support Information: If you contact us for support, we may collect your name, email address, device information, and details relating to your question, request, or technical issue.
Training Information: When using Thump Trainer, you may provide or generate information relating to your workouts, selected training sessions, workout duration, completed rounds, exercise preferences, and training progress.
Health and Fitness Information: Some Apps, including Heart Watch and Thump Trainer, may process information relating to your fitness activities, physical measurements, workout performance, or other health-related information that you choose to enter or generate while using the App.
Microphone and Audio Information
Thump Trainer may request access to your device's microphone where this is required for voice-related features, workout interaction, sound detection, or AI voice-coaching functionality.
Microphone access will only be used after you grant permission through your device settings. Depending on the feature being used, audio may be processed on your device or by a service provider used to deliver the requested functionality.
We do not continuously record audio in the background unless this is clearly required for an active feature and permitted by your device settings. You can disable microphone access at any time through your device's privacy settings, although doing so may prevent some Thump Trainer features from working correctly.
Information We Collect Automatically
Device Information: We may collect information about your device, including the device model, operating-system version, language settings, app version, and device identifiers.
Usage Information: We may collect information about how you use an App, including the features you access, actions you take, session duration, workout activity, and the frequency of your use.
Diagnostic and Log Information: When you use an App, diagnostic systems may record information such as crash reports, error logs, IP address, access times, and technical performance data.
Information Collected Through Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our websites or web-based services may use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our services, remember preferences, improve performance, and provide essential functionality.
Mobile Apps do not necessarily use browser cookies, but they may use local storage, software development kits, or similar technologies for comparable purposes.

- Deliver remote-control, fitness, health, workout, and AI voice-coaching features;

- Monitor App performance and diagnose technical problems;

AI Voice-Coaching Features
Thump Trainer includes an AI voice coach that may provide spoken workout instructions, boxing combinations, timing prompts, motivational guidance, and other training-related content.
AI-generated coaching may occasionally contain errors or may not be appropriate for every user, environment, fitness level, injury, or medical condition. The AI coach is provided for general fitness and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for instruction from a qualified boxing coach, healthcare professional, physiotherapist, or emergency service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your training space, equipment, technique, and level of physical activity are safe and appropriate for you.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited information with trusted service providers where this is necessary to operate the Apps, such as providers of hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, AI processing, voice services, or other technical infrastructure.
These providers are permitted to process information only for the purpose of providing services to us and are expected to protect the information they handle.
We may also disclose information where required by law, legal process, court order, or government request, or where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or our services.
Data Storage and Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Apps, fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Some information, such as workout history or preferences, may be stored locally on your device. Removing an App may delete locally stored information unless that information has been backed up or stored through another service.

Account Information: Where account features are available, you may update or delete your account information through the App or by contacting us.
Microphone Permission: You can enable or disable microphone access through your device's privacy settings.
Notifications: You can control push notifications through the App or your device settings.

Promotional Communications: You may opt out of promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those communications or by contacting us.

The Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services that are not controlled by KCDS Apps.
